Matt Hymus, East of England

Behaviour Specialist

Matt is a veterinary-endorsed professional and accredited member of the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. They hold a Level 5 diploma in canine behaviour with distinction from the International School of Canine Psychology & Behaviour (ISCP) and are currently pursuing Level 6 qualifications (degree level).

He is an approved KAD (Kids around Dogs) professional, specialising in helping children overcome fears and learn proper dog interaction. KAD is a Supporting Member organisation of ABTC, and our trainer is also a member of the Pet Professional Network.

Matt has grown up with dogs, has a real understanding of them and a hands-on experience volunteering at Danaher Animal Home, so he has worked with a range of shapes, sizes and needs.

This trainer commits to continuous professional development, completing a minimum of 25 hours annual CPD reviewed by the IMDT. This ensures he provide the most appropriate, force-free solutions for you and your pet.

Consultations are available UK-wide, both in person and via Zoom, making their expertise accessible wherever you are.

As an Assessed and Qualified Member of The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (www.imdt.uk.com), they proudly display the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter symbol - a mark of professional excellence
