What size bed do I need?
Choosing the right size is important for your dog's comfort. We recommend reading our detailed Size Guide to find the perfect fit for your dog.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We understand sometimes returns are needed though and are happy to accept returns for any beds that have not been used. Any return items have to be returned in as new condition for a full refund.
Are beds available in other colours?
Please email us with your preferred colous, when we have the demand we will increase our colour offering.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You should receive items within two to five days.
Are Nestbedz machine washable?
Wash the bed no higher than 30 degrees and spin at low cycle. Dry in tumble dryer on lowest setting or hang out to dry. They wash well.
Are the beds waterproof?
The materials used for Nestbedz are highly water resistant (think heavy rain shower), but not 100% waterproof (soaking it in a bath).
